Can someone tell me the basics of how to view traditional Chinese font? Is it just a normal font you drag into C:/Windows/fonts or is it something you have to install? I just want to view characters, not write them.
As of now, this is what I see:
However, on websites, I see about 80% of the characters correctly and only 20% are boxes like the above screenshot.
