i really want to know the flash mx code to make a movie stay a certain pixel size. so when u do a getURL code that video wont be stretched out and ugly, plz help :-\ 
You are supposed to embed the .swf file in a .html file. In Flash go to File/Publish Settings, and in the HTML tab in there you can set the width and height (and various other things) and then when you hit “Publish” it will publish your file and voila, fixed pixel size.
ok ok, i made it a html and it works great, but… when i put it on a website, it takes verylong to load.

Ok, when you upload the .html file you also have the upload the .swf file otherwise it will be a neverending load epidemic.
However if you are doing this and it is just taking very long to load, you may want to look into adding a preloader. There are a bunch of preloader tutorials on this site, and about a trillion and one threads on preloaders on this forum, so you really shouldn’t have any trouble finding information on them
