I plan to make all pics in my website cant be taken by anyone how do i want to do this?? HELP ME PLAESE…My website is in two mode: 1.flash 2.html do tell me both modes!

You don’t have to say it like that senocular.
There are ways of preventing less advanced users from stealing images on your web page, but there is absolutely no way around a user taking a screenshot and cropping it out in an art program.
So technically, there are many ways, but there are ways around each of those ways if you know what your doing.
Personally, I don’t think it is worth the extra trouble you would go through to protect them, because if someone wants your image that bad, they are going to get it.
the only economical way is to use watermark…
and unless you use a large watermark, it too can be captured and cropped out…

Is there anyway to make the end user’s “Print Screen” button unusable in a flash environment? Never looked up to see if there was a key code but you might be able to do it that way…

flat out if someone can see it they can steal it. Obscuring watermarks is the ‘best’ way to prevent that kind of swipage, but of course it screws up your images… I seriously doubt you need to worry too much about anything though. Its not like nike is going to surf over to your site, steal some funky image, publisize it and make millions without any compensation to you.

Anywho, I don’t think they are worried about larger companies stealing it, but rather smaller people stealing stuff and claiming it as their own so they can get work or something.
But as I said… I don’t think it is worth the extra trouble just to prevent it from people who don’t know what they are doing because it is mainly the people who do know what they are doing that try and take them.
playamarz: Print screen is just one method of screen captures, there are billions of programs out there that do it as well, and you can’t stop them unfortunately.
