My brother somehow downloaded this stupid thing called bullseye network which spawns pop ups when you click on links. I see it in the control panel. But when I go through the uninstall process it is still there. Anyother way to get rid of these programs?
1.Usually adware-removing programs can do this.
2.You can search the internet for others who had this problem.
3.Take the stuff out of the registry.
Go to msconfig.exe and see if the program is set to run on Startup. If all else fails, try to delete the files from your Program Files folder or wherever it installed itself to
registry
Its like Gain Network when you click links, it gives you other links related. My option is to use Ad-Aware (make sure the updates are new as well).
Try this program

There will be a disclaimer to accept…once it is running look at the uninstall menu and try removing it from there.
