Yesterday morning I got in an accident after school on my way to work, about blocks from my house (figures). I took a left turn right after an SUV and the light was green, I wasn’t rushing or anything, I didn’t even see this small silver toyota camry. I am turning and the next thing I know I am in sureal mode and all I see is dust flying around (from the airbags) and my face hurts (from the airbag also). I look out my window to the right and see a small a compact car well, compacted to the front corner of my truck. I can’t see the driver to see if she is ok, but on impact my fiberglass fenders moved back and blocked my doors, so I had to kick my door open from the inside and rush over to make sure the other driver was ok, which she was and she asked if I was fine because I had blood all over my face. The impact on her car compacted her front end enough so that her hood was going through her windshield on the passenger side. The accident was my fault and I take full credit. Yes she was drinking coffee and speeding, but I still have no excuse to completely pull out in front of her, even if her car was oblivious to my vision. I have had a good record for over a year now and even had a good driver discount. I have a link to some pictures below; before and after:

hey! I’m glad your okay…but did you get any inspiration from your NDE?? i have heard people’s whole lives change after a near death experience! or they got some crazy wild idea during/after a NDE so maybe you experienced something similar? was this a NDE or am i exagerating again? :q:

I would assume maybe 45-50? I was on back-roads.
I can imagine the awful awakening! You know you can by these things that you can attach to your ear and when you fall asleep it makes a sound and starts vibrating so you’ll wake up! I works by detecting the head position or something… when you fall asleep then the head falls back and somethin’…

im not Narcoleptic but if it ever becomes a problem I will keep that in mind.
Actual I found eating sunflower seeds wil really keep u awake. The constant motion will keep u alert and on the ball. I always keep a bag in my car just incase.
I just can’t seem to fall asleep when I’m driving. As soon as i get into my car I’m instantly awake no matter how long I have been awake, or how long I need to drive for. Maybe its because my car is manual transmission and crazy fun to drive, or maybe the fact that if I hurt my car I will have to jump off of a cliff… I dunno. Then there is my friend who falls alseep everytime he gets into a car. He has been in 7 accidents where he fell asleep at the wheel, and he is only 19.
7 accidents? omg! He’s lucky to be alive! If I were him I’d buy the waking thing!
If I were him I would stop driving. And if I were the state of New York I would take away his license.
