…last friday on my way home from work. No one was hurt, and the deer
ran off after rolling off the side of my car. It happened so fast, I barely
remember it.
Here’s a couple pics I took waiting to be towed –

**** that deer messed your car up
oh dear
ouch! that’s gonna cost a bit…
You don’t smoke but you do kill inocent animals. :\
its a hobby of mine… oh him hehe nevermind then
oh deer
yeah cars crumple at anything now a days. Built to absorb whats coming.
and dam those deer. I try to knick them when I can. They’re all over the dam place. I was just thinking this morning how we could feed all of eithriopia with all the deer we kill with our cars a week in this county alone.
I feel for ya unflux. Thats quite a messup.
musta been either a small deer, or slow speed…
I’ve seen them come thru the windshield on cars…
glad to see you are unharmed… physically anyway…

lol you have your camera on you all the time?
it was a younger buck, small rack. Not small at all
I was travelling at 50-55mph, but my car is lowered so I undercut
it. The forces slammed it down onto my hood rather than plow into it. It rolled off the side and ran away. I have no idea what
happened to it after that.

I usually do And I keep a disposable in my glove compartment. Never know what amazing sight you’ll drive up to… that reminds me, do they expire? Its been in there for a while, I may need to throw in a new one.

exactly.
do they expire?
I think they do actually. not 100% sure.
The poor Integra…
Damage doesn’t look too bad considering… Glad to hear you were not hurt, cars can be replaced, people usually can’t.
Cheers!

I remember a friend of mine hit a deer a year or two ago and the opposite kind of happened; instead of the damage being on the hood, it was actually 95% on the windshield. He too clipped the deer but it went right into the passengers side of the windshield, shattering it, but not breaking through. And oddly, it was only shattered on that half of the windshield, so he was able to drive away with complete visibility on his side (I guess they design them like that?) Bu there was no damage to the hood and only a very small dent in the bumper in the front where he hit the deer to start with. I forget what kind of car he had. I want to say honda but Im not sure.

The camera doesn’t expire, but films do expire. The 2 biggest enemies of film is heat and light. Light, you have no worries about, unless you have a gorilla in your glove box… Heat, however, will drastically fLIck with your colors, in a very inconsistant way. It is called ‘resiprocity failure.’

I hope you learned something from this accident:
if you drive faster, you got something for dinner
btw, some friends (not really friends at all) drove home (drunken) with 170 kmh (~110mph) where 80 was allowed. the driver saw an animal crossing the road (some said he said he saw a gremlin, but with 3 permille alcohol in your blood and 170 kmh, you can’t really see any difference), and he crashed into the guard rail of a bridge. the car was totally destroyed, but noone was hurt.
bad luck there unflux …
…but it looks as if only the hood was wrecked but your front clip wasn’t hurt(?)
good thing this didn’t happen to Alex:!:
whenever I get around to caring something with me like a camera for instance I always forget to use it >_<
oh and sorry about the deer.
D@mn wtf is it this month is car wreck month beware drivers your car will be wrecked, OMG i hope nothing hapens to Alexs car or well have a loooooooooooooooooong story that’ll last the whole month lmao
