Does this domain look like it’s abandoned by the owner? Visit the domain - it currently does not have a host configured. I visited the registrar - onlinenic.com but can’t seem to figure out what the heck that site is for/about. There is no domain check or anything. All links eventually lead to the sign up page where you have to fill in a credit card #. Looks fake.
What does the status “Registrar-Lock” mean? I know it’s supposed to expire in March of 2006, but 1) i can’t wait that long 
2) it’s just been inactive for so long.
Any ideas?
