I just got back from the TCEA Programming Contest for Area 13 in Austin. I did really well.
I got fifth… but was working alone, and as a freshmen first-year student. I beat one of the other two teams from my school, composed of three sophomores and juniors in second-year. And, I beat them by seven points!
For the majority of the time, I was ahead of the other team from my school, composed of two seniors and one junior, all in Computer Science 3. At the end, they got one important problem that put them in the lead.
I got 21 points alone… 
I’m really proud. I’m probably getting to go to state.
