Image Fade

Hi, this is what i’d like to accomplish, I’d like to create a splash page. I have like 3 or 4 images that i’d like to fade into the next image. How can I do that??
For instance:
image1 phases into image2,
image2 phases into image3,
image3 phase into image4,
then image4 phase back into image1

i guess you could use alpha fade to acomplish this task.
