Ladies and Gentlemen, I was hoping to receive a little assistance from one of you fine flash developers out there, if you have the time. 
Here’s my situation:
I’m working on an interactive map. What I need help with is getting the tooltip to work right when you rollover a specific area. The tooltips content is dynamically generated from an XML file with the ID/name of the area and the number of photos.
Also, the specific area needs to be a special color if it has photos associated with it, and just plan if it doesn’t. An example of what the XML file will look like is listed below as well as a link to the actual map that I am working on. If you need any more information just let me know, Thanks.
