I was looking through the BBC and I found an interesting quote about Iran and its plan for its Nuclear Reactor:
The IAEA chief said the reactor was aimed at producing nuclear energy only [in Iran], and there was an agreement to return spent fuel to Russia.

Is it just me, or is a nuclear power plant in Iran seem like a bad idea? Besides just that, I am not sure what makes the UN trust the Iranian gov’t to such a degree as to believe that “spent fuel” will be returned to Russia.
If the power plant used water or coal or whatever, I wouldn’t be as worried. This seems like North Korea - except the UN actually approved it with some strings attached
