i’ve been browsing the forums for helpful tidbots for ages but this is my first post. hope this is the right place to post this and this question hasnt already been asked and answered a million times, but i searched the forums and didnt find the answer to my problem. so here it is:
ive made a few js pop up menus in Dreamweaver (with Dreamweaver doing all the Javascript for me (i understand simple js but am no expert)). it can be seen here: http://www.richbuyer.com/kaufman/more.html
what i would like, as per client’s request, is to put a graphic of a star next to each item on the pop up menus when you roll over it. it seems there are two ways to do this, 1) to be able to insert an image of a star into the existing menus (though this seems unlikely to be possible), or 2) to change each item on each menu into an image with a rollover effect, rather than the current text-based pop ups (seems more feasible).
i figure there must be a simple enough way to do this, but i somehow have yet to find anything. if theres a totally different way to do it that will give me the desired results im more than willing to tear everything down and start afresh. if anyone can either offer some of their wisdom or point me towards a good working tutorial i would be very greatful! :bucktooth: :bucktooth: :bucktooth:
