Made my drawing with pencil, blending stump, and B&W digital paint touch up. Painted it in color digitally with Corel, but ended up liking the pencil drawing way better. If you want to see the painted version go here (christian site):
Some say I should avoid the bold line. Some like it with the bold line. The art that I am making now (when I have a mind to) is without the bold line. Others have recommended a background. But I think I like it without background - that way the only thing that distracts you from the face of Christ is the hands that we pierced. Anyway, just thought I would share.
