Basically, judges have asked journalists to reveal confidential sources, they refused and risk an 18-months jail sentence.
I personnally believe that as soon as you are obligated under the law to reveal your sources, confidential sources will cease to exist and we’ll be left (well, you americans will be left…) official press releases… I feel it’s a blow to the democratic system as a whole…
