Looks clean, nice corporate look. The only thing I don’t like is the “welcome,” it doesn’t look good with the layout.
i like both of them, 
both are cool…on your cs site you could possible make the buttons stay whitish when you roll over instead of changing back to blue…it’d make it easier…otherwise…AWESOME
