He does know his stuff and he can be awfully helpful. Maybe he has the same problems as us. I think we should just leave him be for now. It could be worse. He could have started a flame war w/ Dan… Accept his apology. (then track his IP, find his house, tie him to his bed, and beat him with a bball bat)
He knows a few things, but he has yet to prove to me he knows his stuff. I checked out his site, his stuff is horrible. A few good things here and there, but nothing that hard.
The “Optimisation” thread was not the first argument I had with him. This is probably the 4th or 5th where he has been unneccarily rude to a member.
One of those posts which were deleted he was telling something “Maybe your employers should actually hire someone who knows what they are doing and stop wasting their money on you” (not exact words, but that is a paraphrase of the words used, not just a mis interpretation, he made it clear he was saying that and used words like those).
Yeah, that is what this thread is for. I want the mods and such to keep an eye out on this guy. If they see him starting something, maybe post it here.
The only way I can think of to keep proof of what he says (because he deletes his posts) is to quote his replies when/if you reply back.

He has no right to be rude to new members. It gives kirupa forum a bad name if that person goes somewhere else instead and spreads about the a ssholes here.
Like Flashkit… everyone that has been there says it is full of a ssholes, so we here know not to go there. But if that gets spread about here and it isn’t true, that isn’t good.

You quoted the part where he called me useless and uninspired when he was trying to get me to reply back to him after I said I was done arguing because it seemed he got his jollies off it.
If it isn’t an apology in the e-mail it is a suck up.
I got another e-mail from him that said something like “Nice to meet you kiddo, you are half my age with twice the knowledge. Hope I
didn’t offend you.” in the last argument we had.
