I have created a file where you customize the color of a car using the type of procedure Kirupa uses in the tutorial of “changing colors” under the actionscript tutorials. Click here to see tutorial After you select the color you would like for the car, I have a button that will take you to the next part of my movie, but when you press it, as the next page is about to come up, I would like the car to drive off in the person’s selected color for the customized car. How can I let flash recognize the color the person has selected to let the car drive off the page in that specific color? Can anyone help me out? Thx.
Keep the color in a variable in the root. (i.e. _root.carcolor=red);
