I’ve been a die-hard Korn fan for years. They introduced me to music back in '94. Those of you that were turned off by Issues, Take a Look in the Mirror, or Untitled should be pleasantly surprised. From the Wikipedia page for the album (Korn III - Remember Who You Are):
Unlike the band’s more recent albums, the music was recorded with an analog 24-track tape machine and without the use of Pro Tools, similar to the recording of the band’s first albums.
It’s obvious Jonathan’s voice is different than it was for Korn (S.T.) and Life Is Peachy, I’m not so sure that’s a bad thing. LIP will always be my favorite album, but the new single gives me hope for what we have yet to hear.
This is refreshing.
