Hey guys,
I know all about css layers but is there a way to put it over a frame, I don’t use frames too much but I HAVE TO(don’t question it) in this case. So basically how do I write a layer OVER a frame
can you give us a visual example of what you mean? even just a quick photoshop mockup would help.
