There is ganna be a big earth quke in LA a 7 or an 8

its never been so high!

i am trying to convince my mom for us to go to new mexico or something. she was telling me she was spose to go any ways for work but she is thinkin how i well go and then she had a diffrent job. i gotta get out of califrona and so do you!

Where did you hear this Idoik?

If you’re so worried why not go sleep in a field?

I haven’t heard that, but an Earthquake could happen at any time… no sense in being paranoid. :pa:

It’s a UCLA study …

Essentially, a UCLA professor who’s had good success in the past predicting earthquakes before they happen said that he believed a 6-7 earthquake would hit southern california before the end of this weekend.

HOWEVER, he said this months ago, it’s an ongoing study, and there’s no reason to panic - even in 7+ earthquakes, the number of people who die in modern construction (read: california) is usually fewer than the number who die in traffic accidents in a given week.

Isn’t it true that cows start behaving strangely a few hours prior to an earthquake? If they can be trusted (and not eaten), I think all of the CA people should get themselves a live cow so they can have another method of predicting earthquakes. It’s like a good “Do-It-At-Home” replacement to what the real scientists use

Talking cows would be even better. Then they could tell us the second they felt one coming on.

Many animals start acting odd before an earthquake.

I believe that the earth starts moving/grinding slowly, which produces sounds that can be heard by some animals.

I hear elephants can hear really low sounds.

I heard that dogs start making weird sounds when an earthquake is about to hit… I personally don’t believe that cause my neighbor has three dogs and they’re always making weird sounds.

wizard, should we cuddle for support and warmth in case the power goes out?

And Idiok? You’re worried about an earthquake? I’d be worried about my spelling if I were you.

 Great minds think alike eh? I’ve gone one step further though. I have this super cow living in my basement.
