I think those (T) and ® symbols on logos ruins the whole logo. They’re ugly and destroys the unity of the graphic.
Also, I don’t like TV shows or websites that put this in really small font size: “This thing may not be reproduced or rebroadcasted without the written consent of the NBA.” It’s worthless and I don’t want to read it.
My point is: just because you tell people not to break the law, doesn’t mean they are going to obey your rights. We should change the law so we don’t have to tell people. It should be made common sense not to steal.
