Down at the second to last picture. Does anyone know the settings for their lighting effects?!? Their link doesn’t work, and I’ve been trying forever to figure this out!
The ZIP contains a file with no extention… what should I do with this?

First of all the file with no extension. My guess is that it is a text file. This is where the options come from on your lighting options drop down. However (this is the bad news), it is full of foreign characters.
So why not get in touch with the author and tell him his site needs looked at - he might not be aware of it and I imagine he might be quite grateful… 
Second is the attached… it is another link that is referred to in the second last paragraph of the tut - it is for the curves that the author uses.
So - I suggest you fiddle with lights to try and get it close to the picture (it’s not difficult) and then use the curves file here (which you load when the curves menu is up) and hopefully you’ll be happy with the result
