Line-type art?

I was looking at this site

and i was wondering how to do that line art (it looks like a rainbow). I also noticed that other sites (that use flash) will have circles appear inside of other circles one at a time and i think it’s really neat. I want to learn how to do that, but remix it with my own designs. Can anyone help? Thanks.

i’m using photoshop 7 too.

illustrator. nothing special. line shapes up and fll with color. master the pen tool.

okay, i dont have illustrator, maybe i can use macromedia freehand and give it a try? thanks
