Loadmovie fps

Hello,

I’m trying to use the loadmovie command to target a movie into my main movie. The problem is I need the movie clip I load into my main movie to go at a faster rate than the main movie. However, when I load the movie into the main movie it only goes at the speed of the main movie. Is there any way I can get around this?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you for your time.
