Been searching the forums and reading the tutorial here for some time, but I just can not find where I have made an error… So here we go with my question:
My flash movie loads a simple text file into a dynamic text box. Fairly simple stuff. It works fine when both the .swf and .txt are on my local hard drive, however once I upload it to my web server the text refuses to load. I have tried changing the load line to use the entire url of the text file, but no go. I even tried using the ip form of the text files location, still no go.
*Edit: I can copy the url from the load string and paste into my browser and get the contents of the text file. So the url is not incorrect.
