what do you think of it. I wanted to keep it simple and neat.
Well I don’t think it really works as a logo, but for a link or something to the flash portion of your site it looks nice. One thing that’s bothering me though, the diagonal line wasn’t carried all the way outside the canvas, so you can actually see a corner of it if you look at the very top and it’s sort of distracting.
Looks nice though, a little trendy, but nice
bars are too blurred if being used with an outer glow on the text. also text is too small to be considered a logo. this is a decent design for a banner for the top.
(p.s. if you’re going to apply a bevel layer style make sure those bars protrude off the canvas. the horizontal has a bevel on the left edge that i assume you dont want. either extend the original bar off the canvas and apply the style or rasterize the image when the style is done and cut it to fit canvas.)
NOTE: i like simplicity too. clean lines = good.
keep at it and it will get better
