Ok I’m looking for a converter that will convert Plain text (or a word doc) to URL encoded text so I can easily update my site
No my site per-se, for a client… they want to be able to have a non-html person update the content on the site…
Can any body help?

MS Word will publish in HTML… albeit ugly…
Or show them how to use FrontPage/DW/HTML WYSIWYG editor…

Even MS Notepad has the ability.
Just go to Save and instead of saving as a .txt file choose All Files and save it as name.html
It will give it the extension you give it in the name area.
