My name is Matthew Olson. I am looking to open a web and print design company, and need some steady designers to help me get started. The company will be based out of Boston, Ma. However, I do not require you to move from your current location to work for me. Any communication with our employees will be done through a Ventrilo chat server, conference calls, or phone directly. This requires you to have a microphone on your computer. Right now I am looking to the design the site initially and get started. I have some background in web and graphic design, but I am looking for more experienced people to carry the work. I have no problem with hiring freelancers as long as they can prove to me they have the experience and skills necessary to fulfill the tasks assigned to them.
I will be accepting resumes from anyone. If for some reason you do not have a resume, then don’t feel like you still do not have a shot.
