Alright, well I asked your opinions, so I am glad to be getting cricism =)

When I work on it tonight I will mess with the navigation and see if I can pull it out of the panel and place it at the bottom right below the panel :slight_smile:

No guarantees that I will keep that though :wink: :wink: :stuck_out_tongue:

Lost: You remember how you animated your header in your previous flash site? something similarly done to that one? and how about adding that labā€™s logo as well, it just looks cool to meā€¦

[edit: sorry didnā€™t read the edit, anywho, Revā€™s comment about useability is certainly true, but you know I liked it the other way, but as Rev said that isnā€™t appropriate for useabilityā€¦]

h88: Previous flash site? This is my first flash site ever :stuck_out_tongue:

And the labs logo will become the lostinbeta logo altogether, so that will be added in there later =) (replacing the 3 prong bagpipe looking thing by the preloader with the new logo)

OHHHH ā€¦ THAT flash site. Yeah, that never got off the ground. I never even got a chance to add content, it was pretty much just a ā€œframeā€, so that doesnā€™t count.

This site is old, Iā€™ve seen it weeks ago. Even though itā€™s old, I still like it. Letā€™s hope lost finishes it within the next 5 yrs. :stuck_out_tongue:

One thing on usability again:
your news scroller looks like a scroller (a bit too much), but is not a scroller, itā€™s either click up or down, so Iā€™d make the look a lilā€™ more distinct from the scrollbars pple are getting used to.
And normally, reading a site topLeft-bottomRight, and according to standards, menu should be way up, not at the bottom :slight_smile:

Ilyas: Yeah, I would love to do something :crazy: , but my problem is that I suck at Flash when it comes to stuff like this. This current too classic site is taking a lot of my energy :hangover: Perhaps as I practice I will get better and be able to do something more :crazy: , but now I am starting off basic.

Eyez: Yes, ahmed brought the scroller thing to my attention last night, I will rework that :slight_smile: As for the menu position, I understand what you mean, so heres a method 3 for you guys vote on :wink:
