Mac vs pc

Which one is the best?

Im thinking of buying a MAC MINI 1,42 GHZ.

If you have a PC with the same speed and everything, wich one is the best??
If i work with photoshop and illustrator?
dreamweaver?

please help me, i never had a mac!
