So i’m having bank drama - At lunch I went to a picture store to buy a wire hanger for a picture I got for Christmas. In and out, cost me like three bucks. Blindly sign the slip… and i’m off.
Get back to the office and I figured I wouldl see how much loot I have in my “play money” account for the weekend considering christmas killed me and I am not getting paid till the 15th.
I log into my bank and it says I have only $28 friggin dollars in my account!
I new I was running low on play money but NOT THAT LOW… call my bank turns out there was a charge for $314 at 12:20 from Picture World!
They charged me $314 instead of $3.14 - so I called them and explained myself to the nice old lady - she said she would balance the books right then and call it into the bank to try and get the hold off before the end of the day. If she can’t i’m going to have to go all weekend with barely any money.
I took my receipt out of my wallet. Yup I signed a receipt that clearly was marked for three hundred bucks.
