just been playing around with my site, and getting it all scrolling horizontally, why horizontal? no clue, just thought it might be cool. wanted to put all my flash and drawings up there too.
there are load buttons on the flash/portfolio/drawings page because some 56k users access my site, wanted those for them, and not everyone who visits the site goes there for the content, maybe just for the random-who-acutally-reads-this-stuff-news
I liked your flash experiments also ⌠one probelm though is that because the âtabsâ at the top are activated on rollover, I kept hitting them while I was playing so the content kept switching⌠might want to make them clicks.
My comments would be that it might be nice with a little bit of colour i there, although the grey and white look is very clean.
The second thing is that the text on News is a bit weird to navigate. And the width of each column is just off the screen, so you have to fiddle around a little bitâŚ
Lastly, the navigation thing between sections is strange - it took a couple of seconds to work out that you have to click on the text in the bottom left corner to load the other pages apart from News. So maybe some kind of preloader or something�
There is a reason most ppl donât use a side scroll aand that is because most users hate to scroll side to side. ppl are used to scrolling up and down so the acept that. It is nice to try something new but some stuff ppl just donât like
