Me on national TV! Well sorta

Haha, this is great :stuck_out_tongue:

I went to a Premier League soccer game here in Belgium two days ago… But you oughta know, one of the best teams in Belgium is FC Bruges, and Bruges is like 25 miles from my place or something like that, so our whole area cheers for them… Most of my friends do as well, except me and another guy who had to revolt and are anti-Bruges (in a friendly way) and support other teams (mainly to be a pain in the ***** :bad: )

So anyway, I cheer for a team which is located like, 160km from here

So it don’t go to a live match very often… But two days ago, I did :stuck_out_tongue:

Later that night, I watched the news, looking if you couldn’t see me in the stands… I was pausing the image where you could see a huge part of the crowd, hoping you could make me and my friends out, but it was too hard.

And suddenly, they give this close-up of a guy who had just bearly missed a free kick, and I go like: wtf? I rewind and paused, and was surprised to see me and my friends aligned in the stands behind the player :stuck_out_tongue:

I took a picture of it (this was filmed from across the field, zoomed in on that guy, so you can imagine what the odds are of us just standing there :P)

I know this isn’t like: omfgwtfthisroxxorz!-great, but it’s still funny to go to a soccer game once in a while and still manage to get on national television (although it’s headless and blurry :D)

Right. Just felt like sharing.

Ow yeah, and I’m the guy with the lightblue jeans and the green shirt, and scarf with white ends…my friends are standing to the left :stuck_out_tongue: Luckily my pants kinda glowed or something, or I wouldn’t have noticed

your parents must be proud

Cool stuff! i thought you were the guy climbing over the fence for a bit, then ir ead the story.

The best way to get on TV is to go streaking through the game, just hop the fence and run like hell

Haha

Actually, that guy is just a kid sitting on some kind of thing you can lean against  The fence is a bit lower. Trust me, if it were that easy to climb the fence, we’d be running all over the place :sure:

Ah i see, still looks as if he is, so makes for a good shot :stuck_out_tongue:

I like how you took a picture of a VHS recording of the game

 Hahah - cheerleader!
