Why I disagree to get rid of sigs and avatars:
- This is a design forum, Self-Explainitory.
- Get broadband, modems are for AOL users.
- There is a setting to not view footers so there is no reason to complain.

I was planning on embedding an entire video clip as my avatar. That would be awesome. 
Dan no one is saying get rid of them i happen to like them. I jsut thought that site was funny casue it was all sigs and avaters.

Well it for the exact reasons u sated they should be be allowed. You cna turn them off if it is slowing down your pc. I love my avaters and sigs.

Sure 300x60 is a small area to squeeze in and 15K is low, but it is viewer friendly and presses the imagination and ingenuity!

How did u do that? Is it jsut tweens or are u using AS movment to keep file size down?
I am sure it is tweens, but he reuses a lot of the same movie clip symbols.

i think he’s writing a tutorial for the site on it. i think it’s mostly tweens, with a bit of AS mixed in.
its all tweens and a ton of them, i know that effect. how he did it i dont know. he must have done what lost said…

Which one? They all have full songs.
Yep about 3/4 of them have full songs on them.

My footer involves one script, the stop action. :thumb:
It is all tweens, I will show how I got the alpha trailer in my tutorial if kirupa gives me the new tutorial template anytime soon.
