Motion blur effect in flash

Hi, I’m new here. Wondering if anybody know how to create the motion blur effect in flash similar with this http://www.sovietjeans.com/ As u can see in the example i mentioned above, the blurred object actualy has some level of ‘transparancy’ and it does not cover its background.

Note that this is not the simple motion blur that I found in Kirupa.com, which the background colour is in plain white…

The blur was created in Photoshop, saved as .png (to support the partially transparent areas), and imported into Flash.
