Probably from every war movie for the last 2 decades (probably not Behind Enemy Lines though because there’s only one guy).
Well there was 2 for a short time 
A chick bet her husband $150 that it was in Blackhawk down, he thinks Behind enemy lines.
I know I have heard it, but like you said, it’s probably every war movie I have ever seen.
I haven’t seen Black Hawk Down, but I remember that Gene Hackman says at some point in BEL:
talks in radio, chewing a huge chewing gum
" Don’t worry, son, we’re gonna bring you home"
which is not exactly the same quote…
