Everytime I make a movie in flash and publish it to the web, the movie plays at a slower speed than what I had seen inside the flash dev.
I’ve checked the .swf online on a couple of computers and it still pretty much stays slow. I’ve tried to up the fps in the movie (from 12 to 30) but that did jack crap.
Anyone got some insight on this?
