Everytime I make a movie in flash and publish it to the web, the movie plays at a slower speed than what I had seen inside the flash dev.
I’ve checked the .swf online on a couple of computers and it still pretty much stays slow. I’ve tried to up the fps in the movie (from 12 to 30) but that did jack crap.

my computer shouldn’t be a problem
when i test the movie everything plays fine, just the right speed.
but when i publish it and and look at it in html, feels more like 24fps!!
i have actionscript on my movie
my publishing setting should be ok: compressed, jpeg quality 10(if that matters).!
