Mpegs in flash 5

My last question was I needed to add in an mpeg to my flash movie and I got the following answer back:

Flash 5 doesnt support video
Alternatively, you could export your movie as a series of still frames with the audio as a seperate file, then load those frames into a flash movie to create an image sequence, with the audio attached as a streaming sound to get the same effect as video in flash only… well only its just pictures and sound. You wont get the same compression that certain codecs offer but its a tatic that was commonly used in flash 5 for the inclusion of small video animations.

But when I try to import my mpeg it won’t import it, am I doing something wrong if not what format does the movie have to be in in order to do the above.

you must use some sort of secondary software, such as Adobe Premier to “break up” the mpeg into frames, then import them into Flash 5.

or get MX… it imports them so nicely…
