This is my first post and yes I am a newby to flash. I am so new that I can’t even cry yet :cross-eye because I don’t know how.:!: So of course this site is a godsend for me. :bucktooth:
I am trying to create a custom scrollbar using the following tutorial http://www.kirupa.com/developer/flash8/scrollbar.htm
Everthing I did works fine except I have a problem which is that when I replace all of the images with a dynamic text field or for that matter any text static or dynamic in the contentMain movieclip it does not display the text but the area scrolls as if it were there.
Please help me so I can learn to cry. I am not worthy - just a pathetic newby.
