Need Help in Skin change in scroll bar

I am Using Flash CS3. Publish settings set in AS2 .

i inserted UI Scroll bar from components pannel and worked good.

I like to change the skin. I refered the tutorials in http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/skinning_scrollbar2.htm

But I dont see any skins with my Flash CS3 in components, component inspector and in library.

How can I change the skin of that scroll bar to suit my site or change color of that scroll bar according to my site.
