Hi i was doing this tutorial for a stick animation and i was wondering how the he moved the stickman move his arm without his arm coming off his body??

This tutorial was the one i was having troubles making it so i can move the arm without it coming off the body and moving it around…but i couldn’t, so i was wobdering how u do it?
