Need Help with this Tutorial "Ripple Effect"

Can some one help me with this tutorial?
I have fine this tutorial, the I like to use it in a picture of my daughter in the pool,
But the way this person explain the tutorial is little confusing but look very simple, plus I’m using Flash MX, I never used Flash 5.

Download the zipped fla from Flashkit;
open,
import your picture into the libray;
wherever you see a picture in the fla, select it, then hit the “swap” button in the property panel and select your picture instead…
test and it should be ok.
