hi there Linux people. I really love that new Ubuntu and I 'd like to have one, and the only computer that I am actually considering installing Ubuntu is on my older Media center PC which is hooked to a TV. My concern is there a Linux based media center software free or non free that has same functionality as Windows Media Center, also I have a huge iso, movie collection so I would like to be able to launch those movies in Linux media center.
I have a free WMC plug-in My Movies, its a movie management plug-in. its great because it works with a daemon tools, so iso not a problem. So its pretty sweet you can control your movies with a remote control and no need to get up to pop a DVD in the drive 
just clicky clicky so I would like something like that to be able to run in Linux.
so has anyone seen something like that for Linux
