I am looking to start a forum but have limited knowledge of scripts and developing websites. I would be happy to fund for hosting etc etc. However, I only intend on paying developers, moderators and gfx designers once the website is up and running.
This is an opportunity to start something that will turn out really good.
I am also interested in running a small webpage for created flash games, so tell me if you are interested in doing that aswell.
