New Flash/PHP/MySQL site launched

Greetings. Here’s another site I’ve recently launched: [clicky here]

It’s 99% Flash, but the main challenge was creating a system in which the client could easily update the content and have the website automatically adjust itself. This involved creating an entire HTML/PHP/MySQL backend administration interface where the client can easily add an upcoming event, edit/delete existing events, view the mailing list entries (including a dynamically-generated, downloadable CSV version), change the content displayed on the homepage panels (to display the most recent events, or a piece of news), and add/edit/delete photos and albums. All content in the Flash site is dynamically loaded from content which the client uploaded themself.

On top of that, it had to look good.

I started this in early May and finished last week, after many late nights of hair-tearing coding.

Thanks.
