Hey AE,
The footer looks awesome, simple, and under the size limit lol. Have you considered making the background transparent? It might look nice when viewed in the alternating gray rows!

Just check out the properties of the swf for file size. I believe Kirupa wants them under 20k or something like that. He has a sticky post that talks about the size restrictions here pub40.ezboard.com/fkirupafrm21.showMessage?topicID=98.topic
