Counter-Strike clan site. Added usability with PHP and Flash. The audio section is a mix of xml and flash coding. The smaller sections use 1 xml file with different vairables to easily update. Enjoi.
I really like the site - it’s well done and restrained, and I’m envious of how easy it will be for you to update. The design is very restrained, and the navbar effect fits in well. The mix of technologies is undetectable. Nice work, great site.

But I think that slider on the top menu bar shouldn’t be so loose. Make it snap across to the clicked buttons perhaps?
i could chnage it, pretty easy to do. lazy maybe? hehe.

Yes, very nice site!! The only thing I might change are the pixel fonts on the bar to the right (the ones on the menu at the top are fine). The titles like Quick Links and Sponsors are fine, but the text below really really really requires a sharp eye. 
(could be just my poor eyesight hehehe)
Other than that the design is great, and the PHP integration will sure take it to another level.
