Firstly i’d like to declare my envy for all you guys who blow me away with your flash site. I may have only had Flash for about 36hrs but i’m still envious. Heres my first ever flash item on my website (link). The loading bar is just an object tween btw, couldnt figure out how to make the proper thing.
I’m now trying to make a banner (http://www.freewebs.com/marilynmansonshrine/pics/banner.swf) but i’m having problems. If you look at it you’ll see the background images fading in and out (which is what i want) and the text fading alternately also. I’d like the text to be constant from frame 1 but can’t seem to stop it fading. Even though its on a different layer it seems to be effected by the alpha tweening. Any suggestions?
