when I was hired, I verbally stated that I design websites at home and will continue to do so and my bosses didn’t have any issues with it. Now one of them acts like he just found out and feels that there is a conflict. How is there a conflict ??? I work outside my work hours and the content of those sites has nothing to do with the work I do at work. I’m afraid of getting fired, can I take legal action if this happens since they were ok with it when I was hired ?
